Synthetic rubber-like compounds such as Neoprene and Buna N are used in the manufacturing of most ADI mounting feet. Both of these compounds exhibit good resistance to oil, oxygen, heat, and flame. They have good abrasion resistance and will not elongate when cut. Part numbers 0508S, 1008, 1008S, 2008, and 2008S are not suitable for outdoor use.

1) Where is the rubber comes from ?

rubber comes from a milky white juice which some trees and plants have instead of sap. This liquid, called latex, can be found in the roots, stems, branches, bark, leaves, and fruit of over 400 different plants. Most latex, however, comes from the inner bark of the hevea, or rubber tree

To get the latex, workers cut narrow slits in the bark of the rubber tree at daybreak, for the latex flows easily when the air is still cool. The latex is then allowed to drip into cups attached to the tree for three hours.

The latex, which is 2/3 water, is then taken to a rubber factory quickly, for it spoils easily. There, it is heated and mixed with acid. This process causes the latex to coagulate, or form solid curds. These curds are crude rubber.

2) What are the colors your factory can make ?

We can make any colors on the pantone cards, what’s you should do is telling me the color numbers you want, then our factory will match the colors for you according to your requirements.

3) How can you make sure the dimensions are correct of the products ?

We have thickness gauges, hardness testers, callipers, tension testers and other instruments to make sure each parts of your products are correct, also we use our CNC machines to produce molds, the precision can reach to 0.01 mm.

1) Can your factory delivery goods on time ?

Yes, we have a very big mold factory, we have 30 Machines and 20 technical staffs to make molds

So we can finish your mold within 5 days after receiving your deposit.

We have 50 general workers to produce products after molds are ready, they work 3 shifts, it is never stop to produce products, so we are confident to finish any order on time.
