 Oring for installation in a variety of machinery and equipment, at the specified temperature, pressure, and various liquids and gases, in stationary or moving under the seal. In machine tools, ships, automobiles, aerospace equipment, metallurgical machinery, chemical machinery, engineering machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery, petroleum machinery, plastic machinery, agricultural machinery, as well as various types of instrumentation, the large number of applications with different types of seals components. O-ring is mainly used for static seals and reciprocating seals. Seal for rotary motion, is limited to low speed rotary sealing device. O-ring is usually installed on the inner circle in the cylindrical or rectangular cross-section of the groove from seal. O-ring in the oil, acid, grinding, chemical erosion and other environmental still play a good sealing, damping effect. Therefore, O-ring hydraulic and pneumatic drive system most widely used as a seal.

1)Where is the rubber comes from ?
rubber comes from a milky white juice which some trees and plants have instead of sap. This liquid, called latex, can be found in the roots, stems, branches, bark, leaves, and fruit of over 400 different plants. Most latex, however, comes from the inner bark of the hevea, or rubber tree
To get the latex, workers cut narrow slits in the bark of the rubber tree at daybreak, for the latex flows easily when the air is still cool. The latex is then allowed to drip into cups attached to the tree for three hours.

The latex, which is 2/3 water, is then taken to a rubber factory quickly, for it spoils easily. There, it is heated and mixed with acid. This process causes the latex to coagulate, or form solid curds. These curds are crude rubber.

2)What are the colors your factory can make ?
We can make any colors on the pantone cards, what’s you should do is telling me the color numbers you want, then our factory will match the colors for you according to your requirements.

3)How can you make sure the dimensions are correct of the products ?
We have thickness gauges, hardness testers, callipers, tension testers and other instruments to make sure each parts of your products are correct, also we use our CNC machines to produce molds, the precision can reach to 0.01 mm.

4)Can your factory delivery goods on time ?

Yes, we have a very big mold factory, we have 30 Machines and 20 technical staffs to make molds, So we can finish your mold within 5 days after receiving your deposit.

We have 50 general workers to produce products after molds are ready, they work 3 shifts, it is never stop to produce products, so we are confident to finish any order on time.

5) Types and properties of rubber

There are many types of rubber, each with special properties: 
Neoprene Rubber - Good weatherability and resistance to abrasion.

Buna-N Rubber - Resists oil and solvents. Not as weather resistant. Also called nitrile, acrylonitrile, and NBR.

Silicone Rubber - Good flexibility and resistance to ozone, sunlight, and oxidation. Very good electrical insulator. Also called polysiloxane.

EPDM Rubber - Excellent for outdoor use.

Natural Gum Rubber - Superior resilience, tensile strength, elasticity, and abrasion resistance.

Rubber - Resists corrosive environments, with exceptional resistance to heat, aging, weather, ozone, oxygen, and sunlight, plus fuels, solvents, and chemicals. Good flame resistance. Also called FKM.

Natural Latex Rubber - Ultra-elastic has excellent strength and stretchability. Has exceptional tear resistance.

SBR Rubber - Has good abrasion and wear resistance. Also called styrene butadiene.

Vinyl Rubber - Good resistance to water, chemicals, and weathering. Also called polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

Santoprene Rubber - Combines the characteristics of rubber and plastic to produce a material that offers excellent weatherability and chemical resistance.

ECH Rubber - Excellent resistance to fuel, oil, and ozone. Also called epichlorohydrin.

Butyl Rubber - Nearly air and gas tight. Has good weatherability, oxidation resistance, and electrical resistance. Excellent resistance to alkalies and acids. Often used for inner tubes. Also called isobutylene isoprene.

Latex-Free TPE Rubber - Transparent elastomer with gel-like consistency to absorb vibration and conform to irregular surfaces. Super stretchy. Has great tensile strength. This type of rubber is nontoxic and nonallergenic.

Hypalon Rubber - Superior weatherability and resistance to ozone, chemicals, and oil even at high temperatures. Resists flex cracking and abrasion from weather, heat, and chemical exposure. Low water absorption. Also called chlorosulfonated polyethylene.
